Terms and definitions
- Governing texts: Law No. (12) of 2022 on the establishment and organization of the Egyptian Health Council and its executive regulations issued by Prime Minister's Decree No. (3798) of 2023, and the relevant laws and decisions, and decisions issued by the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Health Council.
- Continued Professional Development (Continued Professional Development; CPD): includes professional activities to develop and improve the performance of health care practitioners with the necessary knowledge, skills, behaviors and professional ethics that must be available to practice the profession.
- Continuing Pharmacy Education: includes educational and training activities aimed at maintaining and developing the knowledge, skills and professional behaviors of pharmacists, from their graduation from college and while practicing the profession of pharmacy.
- The reciprocal use of the terms: "continuing pharmacy education " is part of the broader term "continuing professional development", although the terms "continuing professional development" and "continuing pharmacy education" can be used interchangeably.
- The Higher Committee for Continuous Professional Development in pharmacy: One of the committees of the Egyptian Health Council responsible for working on setting general controls and rules for continuous pharmaceutical development activities in order to help in the presence of institutions and bodies capable of offering advanced educational and training professional activities and programs in line with developments in the pharmaceutical field, and in a way that contributes to developing and improving the knowledge, skills and behaviors of pharmacy practitioners, and because of its return on improving the quality of health team performance and raising the efficiency of health services in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Competent Subcommittee: A committee emanating from the Higher Committee for Continuing Professional Development in the field of pharmacy, issued by a decision of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Health Council, and its task is to consider the requests referred to it within the scope of its work, and to present it to the Higher Committee (mentioned above) to submit a recommendation to the Board of Directors to implement its affairs in this regard.
- Professional registration of the pharmacist: Inclusion of the pharmacist's name in a professional register proving his suitability to practice the profession of pharmacy and registration also includes updating and checking information regularly.
- Professional Licensing for Pharmacists: The process of granting a license to pharmacists to practice the profession of pharmacy, from the donors after fulfilling the necessary procedures and requirements.
- Requirements for a license to practice the profession for the first time: The controls that must be met by the pharmacist that qualify him to obtain a license to practice the profession in accordance with the rules governing this.
- Renewal of the license to practice the profession for pharmacists: The renewal of the license to practice the profession requires submitting an application for the continuation of the license before the expiry of the valid license, in accordance with the governing rules, and the commitment included in these rules to participate in many continuing professional development activities that are evaluated by a specific number of points.
- Approval of the requirements for renewing the license to practice the profession for pharmacists: Recognition of the validity and validity of the requirements for renewing the license to practice the profession for pharmacists by the Egyptian Health Council, provided that the renewal decision is issued by the Ministry of Health and Population.
- Non-compliance with CPD requirements: The inability of a participant in CPD activities to meet the license renewal requirements by the end of the planned five-year cycle for the renewal of the license to practice the profession.
- Organizer/Service Provider: The entity/institution that organizes and provides CPD activities, and must apply for accreditation to provide such activities from the Egyptian Health Council.
- Institutional Accreditation: Recognition by the Egyptian Health Council granted to the institution (service provider) as an organizer to provide professional development activities after evaluating documents and performance, in accordance with the rules, standards and controls determined by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Activity: An educational or training event that achieves clear and specific objectives to ensure that the needs of continuing professional development are met.
- Program Accreditation (Activity Accreditation): Recognition from the Egyptian Health Council that is granted for an activity/program provided by the accredited organizer (service provider) after evaluating documents and performance, in accordance with the rules, standards and controls determined by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Approved Activities: Activities that have been approved by the Egyptian Health Council, or a body recognized by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Continuing Pharmacy Education Activity Unit: equivalent to one actual hour of professional development activity, and can be converted to the educational activity unit for each country, where the relationship between the actual time and the educational activity unit varies from one country to another, provided that these units are granted by the Egyptian Health Council or from the bodies that have been mutually recognized between them and the Council outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Credit Points: Each professional development activity is evaluated with an equivalent and specific number of credit points commensurate with the actual hours of the activity, according to what is proposed by the Higher Committee for Continuing Professional Development for the field of pharmacy, and approved by the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Health Council.
- Certified Trainers: Speakers, trainers and providers of educational and training content approved by the Egyptian Health Council after evaluating documents and performance, in accordance with the rules, standards and controls determined by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Accreditation Cycle: A specific period of time according to the laws, regulations and rules governing the Egyptian Health Council.
- Certificate Of Completion of Accredited Training: The certificate obtained by the trainee after the successful completion of a continuous professional development activity/program, which has been previously approved by the competent authorities.
- Needs Assessment: The process of collecting and analyzing data to determine the need for a specific educational/training activity, and to identify priorities in the development of educational and training activities.
- Curriculum: A document that explains the goals, objectives and contents of the educational/training program, as well as a description of the methods and methods of teaching and teaching. The curriculum outlines the knowledge, skills, professional ethics, and behaviors that participants are expected to acquire upon successful completion of the program.
- Teaching and Learning Methodology: The instructional method used to deliver a continuing professional development activity.
- E-learning: Education using electronic technologies to access continuous educational content at a time and speed appropriate for the learner, and in most cases refers to a course or program that is offered online through e-learning platforms such as the Coursera platform and others.
- Blended Education: One of the methods of teaching and learning that includes compulsory face-to-face participation (Face to Face) and the virtual presence part of PalmVirtual Sharing (Virtual) in order to complete the components of education related to the educational/training program.
- Organized/Scientific Committee: The members responsible for the design and preparation of the activity, including the selection of the topic and content of the activity and the trainers, and does not include the organization of non-pharmaceutical logistics.
- Conference Handbook: The official publication/newsletter that contains the scientific program of the conference, including the schedule of scientific lectures and their timing, speakers and trainers, workshops, as well as a list of commercial sponsors and promotional and advertising activities.
- Peer Review: The process of reviewing scientific educational/training materials or any other activities related to the professional activity of a pharmacist, by other experts in the same professional field.
- Business: An entity that produces, markets, distributes, or sells healthcare goods or services.
- Business Support: Funding provided by business stakeholders, whether in the form of financial or in-kind support, and used to cover the costs of a continuing professional development program, whether full or partial.
- Commercial Sponsor: The entity providing commercial support to contribute to the completion of the continuous professional development program.
Licenses and Certificates Granted by The Egyptian Health Council
License / Renewal of Pharmacy License
1- Procedures for registering pharmacists for registration for the first time in the records of the Egyptian Health Council and the Ministry of Health and Population:

- The registration procedures for the national exam to practice the profession of pharmacy - in the event of the success of the applicant - are sufficient to register with the Egyptian Health Council, and the applicant must complete the procedures for obtaining a license to practice the profession from the competent authority at the Ministry of Health and Population.
- The Egyptian Health Council directs the following requirements, after being fulfilled electronically, to the licensing authorities, including a statement of passing the national exam and an application for a license to practice the profession for pharmacists.
2- Procedures for renewing the license to practice the profession of pharmacy:

- You must apply for the renewal of the license to practice the profession of pharmacy before the end of a full cycle (five years) on the date of obtaining the license to practice the profession, six months before the expiry of the valid license.
- To renew the license for pharmacists, the pharmacist must obtain 200 credit points during the full cycle (five years), spread over at least three years.
- In the event that the applicant pharmacist does not obtain all the approved points after the end of the full course, the applicant will be granted an additional period of time with a maximum of one year only to complete the necessary credit points, taking into account the non-conflict with the laws, regulations and decisions regulating in this regard.
Certificate of Accreditation of an Entity/Institution (Service Provider) to Provide Continuing Professional Development Activities Issued by The Egyptian Health Council

- Certificate of accreditation of an entity/institution (service provider) to provide continuing professional development activities/programs that includes the name of the entity/institution, its legal representative, the title of the activity/program (at least one) or approved activities/programs, and the number and date of validity of the accreditation, provided that this certificate includes the logo and accreditation of the Egyptian Health Council.
Certificate of Accreditation of The Continuing Professional Development Activity/Program Issued by The Egyptian Health Council

- CPD Activity/Program Accreditation Certificate: This certificate includes the name of the entity/institution (service provider), along with complete descriptive information about the activity/program seeking accreditation, according to the templates prepared for this purpose by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Program Frequency during the Accreditation Period: The certificate specifies the program's frequency during the accreditation period, with a requirement to notify the council in case of any modification or change.
Accreditation Certificate for CPD Trainers Issued by the Egyptian Health Council

- CPD Trainer Accreditation Certificate:
includes the trainer's name, the institution they are affiliated with (accredited by the Egyptian Health Council), and the accreditation's validity period. It also features the logo of the Egyptian Health Council.

- Certificate of Training Activity:
The Egyptian Health Council offers a certificate for trainers, indicating the titles of the training programs and the number of training hours they have delivered in council-accredited programs. This certificate covers all training activities up to the date of issuance by the council.

- Pharmacist Training Certificate:
The Egyptian Health Council allows pharmacists registered in the council's records to obtain a certified certificate indicating the number of training hours and the training content they have completed up to the date of issuance, provided the pharmacist submits an official request to the council.
Approval of the CPD Activity/Program Certificate issued by the Service Provider
Certificates of continuing professional development activities must include:

- The name of the trainee, the name of the program provider, the name, date, date and place of the program, and the number of credit points equivalent to the activity/program.
- Signature of the person in charge of the activity/program and the scientific supervisor representing the organizing scientific committee.
- Date and duration of accreditation and accreditation logo for the Egyptian Health Council.
- The number of CPD points approved for trainees and instructors, and the accreditation number of the Egyptian Health Council.
- Service providers may, after the approval of the Egyptian Health Council, issue certificates other than continuing professional development certificates (such as: certificates of appreciation) provided that they are not used as commercial logos.
General Framework for Continuing Professional Development Activities in Pharmacy
Activities eligible for CPD accreditation for the field of pharmacy:
- Group learning activities
- Self-education activities
- Evaluation activities
The following is the definition of these activities and the examples and approved points equivalent to each activity:
Group Education Activities:

- The main objective of these activities is to provide educational materials to the pharmacist (learner/participant/trainee).
- Group learning activities include several types of events so that the participants are both the teacher/trainer and the learner at the same activity site in physical presence or also in virtual presence through remote communication by various means of communication.
- Examples of group learning activities include: conferences, seminars, training courses, workshops, lectures, webinars, etc.
- Ensure that all these activities empower participants in discussions and dialogues
- Participation can be a combination of physical presence (Face to Face) at the event headquarters and virtual presence (Virtual).
Scientific Conferences:

- Scientific conferences held inside or outside Egypt, and approved by the Egyptian Health Council or a recognized body by the Egyptian Health Council, provided that the conference meets the following conditions:
- Members of the scientific committee that evaluates the presentations submitted to the conference of research and working papers, most of whom are faculty members in other health specialties in the event of a comprehensive conference in other disciplines.
- Research papers presented at the conference are refereed by the scientific committee, and their abstracts are included in the conference booklet.
- The conference shall have a scientific website, in which all scientific activities included in the conference agenda and the expenses scheduled for participation, whether in research or in the presence of Egyptians and foreigners, are announced.
- Specialized conferences are those in which most of the members of the scientific committee and lecturers are specialists in the field of pharmacy.
- Non-specialized conferences include conferences of other health sector specialties.
- Scientific conferences held inside or outside Egypt, and approved by the Egyptian Health Council or a recognized body by the Egyptian Health Council, provided that the conference meets the following conditions:
Workshops and training courses:

- Workshops and training courses held inside or outside Egypt, approved by the Egyptian Health Council or a body recognized by the Egyptian Health Council, provided that they meet the following conditions:
- The programs of workshops and courses have specific points and are accredited by the Higher Committee for Continuing Professional Development for the field of pharmacy, and the Egyptian Health Council.
- The trainers are certified by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Specialized workshops and courses are trained by trainers in the disciplines of pharmacy.
- Non-specialized workshops and courses can include those of other health sector specialties, information technology, programming, marketing , and others.
- Workshops and training courses held inside or outside Egypt, approved by the Egyptian Health Council or a body recognized by the Egyptian Health Council, provided that they meet the following conditions:
Self-education activities:
Self-education is one of the methods of teaching and learning in which the full responsibility of the learner to meet his educational needs, and in order to achieve continuous professional development, and all its components are required to obtain accreditation from the Egyptian Health Council, and self-education activities in the field of pharmacy include the following:
- Master's and doctoral programs in the field of specialization, or diploma / professional diploma / professional master's / professional doctorate / board programs in the field of specialization, provided that a report approved by the donors is submitted stating the progress of the program.
- Publishing research in scientific journals issued by recognized international or local publishing houses.
- Co-authoring a book or chapter of a book in the specialty issued by a recognized international or local publishing house.
Postgraduate certificates or degrees may be obtained through blended/blended education methods, which include parts in physical attendance and others in virtual attendance (distance Learning), provided that the service provider and the programs they grant are accredited by the Egyptian Health Council or a body recognized by the Council.
Evaluation Activities:
- Professional Exams:
- Professional exams approved by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Quality assurance activities in pharmacy and healthcare :
- Activities aimed at improving health care services in healthcare facilities and pharmaceutical institutions such as (hospitals and pharmaceutical factories) from conducting evaluations, preparing self-educations for the institution, and developing and improving the necessary.
- Quality Assurance and Accreditation Activities:
- Participate in events supervised or provided by quality assurance and accreditation bodies, and regulatory bodies in the field of pharmacy and health care, whether at the local level accredited by the Egyptian Health Council or at the international level and recognized by the Egyptian Health Council, for example:
- Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA)
- General Authority for Health Accreditation and Control (GAHAR)
- National Food Safety Authority (NFSA)
- Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement, Medical Supply and Management of Medical Technology (UPA)
- National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE)
- Examples of such activities include participation in the following events and processes :

- Performance evaluation and evaluation of self-studies of the institution and the program

- Participate in events supervised or provided by quality assurance and accreditation bodies, and regulatory bodies in the field of pharmacy and health care, whether at the local level accredited by the Egyptian Health Council or at the international level and recognized by the Egyptian Health Council, for example:
Activities that are not eligible for CPD accreditation for the field of pharmacy:
- Activities Submitted for Accreditation During or After Their Occurrence.
- Meetings of Academic Scientific Departments in Educational and Research Centers.
- Interactions with Patients and the Healthcare Team in Healthcare Facilities/Institutions.
- Internal Meetings of Departments, Case Discussions, and Public-Oriented Activities.
- Internal Meetings in Factories and Companies for Medicines, Medical Supplies, Cosmetics, and Related Industries.
- Preparatory Programs for Academic or Professional Certificates, whether Egyptian, Arab, or International.
- Community and Patient Awareness Sessions.
- Medical and Healthcare Convoys.
- Sponsored Scientific Sessions with Marketing Purposes.
- Activities conducted by non-specialists or unqualified lecturers in the lecture/training topics, or those lacking the necessary experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
Equivalent Credit Points for Continuing Professional Development Activities in Pharmacy: -
- To renew the license to practice the profession of pharmacy, the pharmacist must obtain 200 credit points during the full cycle (five years) distributed over at least three years, and you must apply for the license renewal six months before the expiry of the valid license.

Institutional Accreditation :
-
- The accreditation of the entity / institution providing continuous professional development activities (service provider accreditation) is valid for a period of four years, and the accreditation is renewed after updating and reviewing each time, provided that the accreditation renewal papers (if desired to renew) are submitted at least six months before the expiry of the accreditation period.
Entities / institutions eligible to apply for this accreditation must ensure the following:
- To be legally recognized and have a program/programs for continuing professional development activities for the field of pharmacy, examples of these bodies are :
- Higher Institutions and other institutions granting professional education and training certificates, including faculties of pharmacy in Egyptian Universities, the Armed Forces, the Police, the Ministry of Health and Population and its affiliated bodies.
- Government Bodies.
- Government And Private Hospitals and Research Centers.
- Pharmacists Syndicates and Pharmaceutical Scientific Societies.
- Factories and companies of medicines, medical supplies, cosmetics, etc.
- Companies specialized in providing health services and continuous professional development.
- Must Not Have a Commercial Interest:
- In cases where the content or speakers/trainers are found to be influenced by commercial interests, the accreditation request will not be considered.
- Provide at least one program of training for program accreditation in parallel with applying for institutional accreditation.
- Availability of sufficient resources and expertise to organize and manage CPD activities, in accordance with the models prepared by the Committee, including:
- Leadership, governance and organizational structure.
- Training environment.
- Security, safety and facilities.
- Data management and information systems.
- Material and financial resources, equipment and supporting facilities.
- Administrative and technical human Personnel.
- Qualified and competent trainers.
- Services provided to trainees.
- Quality assurance and continuous development of training activities .
- Passing the examination and review by the competent committees of the Egyptian Health Council .

- The accreditation of the continuing professional development program is valid for one calendar year, and the program can be held during the accreditation period several times without a maximum, and this accreditation is renewed after updating and reviewing each time by the committee, provided that the accreditation renewal documents are submitted if desired.
Steps for Accrediting Continuing Professional Development Programs:
The entities / institutions that are accredited as providers of Continuing Professional Development activities are obligated to prepare an electronic file and also printed in a portfolio for each activity they wish to adopt in pharmacy, and submit its accreditation to the Egyptian Health Council, according to the forms prepared for this by the committee, indicating in it:
Pre-Activity Obligations:
- Submission of a Brief Description that provide a concise description of the entity/institution organizing the event, along with the entity's accreditation number issued by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Submit the contact details of the personnel, responsible for the accreditation request.
- Contact Information for Scientific and Organizational Committee Members: Provide the email addresses and phone numbers of the scientific and organizational committee members.
- Detailed Information About the Activity/Program: Include training objectives, duration, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the training process, and methods for evaluating the performance of trainers and trainees.
- Non-Promotion Declaration: Submit a declaration confirming that the CPD activity/program is non-promotional and that any supporting commercial entity (if applicable) will not interfere in the design or implementation of the activity/program.
- Trainer Information: Provide details about the trainers, including job titles, academic qualifications, contact details, and their accreditation status with the Egyptian Health Council.
- Conflict of Interest Declaration: Submit conflict of interest declarations from all members of the scientific committee and trainers.
- Attendance Tracking: Specify methods for tracking participants' attendance during the event and the required participation rate (not less than 75%) to receive a certificate of completion.
- Advertising Approval Declaration: Provide a declaration that the activity/program will only be advertised following written approval from the Egyptian Health Council, should the activity/program receive accreditation.
Obligations during the implementation of the activity:
- Adherence to Commercial Support and Sponsorship Regulations, program handbook, and website as outlined in these regulations.
- The service provider is permitted to use the council’s accreditation logo on materials related to the approved event after the issuance of the accreditation document. However, it must not be accompanied by any commercial logo.
- Restricted Use of the Logo: The logo must not be used for advertisements, or promotions of any activities other than those specified in the accreditation document issued by the Egyptian Health Council. The accreditation cannot be transferred to another event.
- Maintain records of attendees' names, ensure proper attendance registration, and retain participants’ evaluation forms for the event.
Post-Activity Obligations:
After completing the activity, the following documents must be submitted to the Egyptian Health Council within 30 days of the event's conclusion:
- A Copy of the Event Handbook/Brochure.
- Attendance List and Email Addresses of Participants.
- Copies of Certificates Issued: Certificates for attendees, trainers, and organizers (aligned with the version proposed on the Egyptian Health Council website).
- Any additional certificates (e.g., certificates of appreciation).
- Commercial logos are strictly prohibited on these certificates.
- Educational Activity Evaluation Forms: Feedback on the event, including the extent to which the educational objectives of the activity/program were achieved.
Note:
All activity-related documents must be retained for four calendar years and provided to the Egyptian Health Council upon request.
Conditions of commercial support and sponsorship of the event:
Educational materials, speakers, trainers, and scientific content must be selected based on the educational needs of pharmacists, without influence from commercial sponsors.
- The scientific names of medicines and pharmaceutical products must be used alongside their commercial names in all educational materials and lectures.
- The sponsor may contribute to the educational program through financial or in-kind grants without specifically referencing their commercial products or services.
- Details of sponsored seminars, such as the title, speakers, trainers, sessions, and sponsors, must be published in a section separate from the main scientific program.
- The sponsor may advertise their support/sponsorship in pre-event announcements, which may include using the sponsor's logo.
- Promotional displays (e.g., banners with the sponsor’s product names) are not allowed within educational or training session venues.
Conditions for the Event Handbook:
- The handbook must have a dedicated section for all educational and scientific information (e.g., president’s message, invitation, scientific and organizational committees, list of speakers, scientific program, etc.).
- A separate section should include all other information (e.g., registration, website, sponsors' names, etc.).
- Acknowledgment and appreciation of sponsors should be limited to a specific number of pages within the handbook.
- Commercial advertisements or sponsors’ names must not be published near the accreditation document issued by the Egyptian Health Council or on the inner side of the handbook’s front or back cover.
Conditions for the Event Website:
- No commercial logos should appear near the accreditation document issued by the Egyptian Health Council for the activity.
- Sponsor logos, names, and advertisements must not appear on the homepage or any pages containing scientific or professional information.
- Sponsor-related content should be placed under a separate tab specifically designated for sponsors.
Accreditation of CPD Trainers:
Accreditation for CPD trainers is valid for four calendar years.
Renewal is subject to updates and reviews by the committee, and trainers must submit renewal documents if they wish to continue their accreditation.
Requirements for Trainers to Be Accredited by the Egyptian Health Council:
- Professional License: Must hold a valid license to practice in the field of pharmacy.
- Advanced Qualifications: Possess a higher academic degree (Diploma, Master’s, Ph.D., or equivalent in the specialty, Egyptian Fellowship/Board). Alternatively, provide evidence of completing several training courses that qualify the trainer to deliver training programs in pharmacy.
- Supporting Documentation: Submit a personal resume (CV) with supporting documents proving the trainer's qualifications, scientific expertise, and training experience in the relevant field.
Quality Assurance, Inspection and Review
- To ensure quality and compliance with these rules and standards, the committee or its designees may:

- Examine random samples of files submitted by pharmacists requesting the renewal of their practice licenses.
- Conduct document reviews and field inspections of CPD service providers and activities currently accredited by the Egyptian Health Council or other recognized entities.
- Review trainers’ accreditation files and inspect the events in which they participate as trainers.

- The committee has the right to:

- Request discussions with applicants for license renewal, trainers, or CPD activity providers to verify the accuracy of the submitted information.
- Assign monitors to oversee activities and events.
- Use all mechanisms necessary to perform thorough reviews and evaluations.

- The Egyptian Health Council offers a service to respond to inquiries regarding CPD activities in the field of pharmacy through its official website.
Violations
- Council's Authority in Case of Violations: The Egyptian Health Council reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the accreditation of: Ongoing or future CPD activities organized by the service provider, CPD service providers or Accredited trainers.
Additional measures may include: Restricting future dealings with the violating party, publishing details of violations and decisions taken against violators on the official website of the Council. These actions will be applied to those found planning or executing CPD activities in a manner that contravenes any provisions outlined in these rules and standards.
- CPD activity providers have the right to submit a written appeal against the violation notice within one month of receiving it, following the issuance of the decision regarding the violation.
Examples of violations and irregularities include:

- Provide false or false data in the accreditation application.
- Violation of controls and rules regarding the advertising of activities.
- Violation of controls and rules regarding the planning, design or implementation of activities/programs.
- Issuing activity certificates in a manner that does not comply with the controls and rules for the accreditation of the Council.
- Provide a certificate of attendance for CPD activities to a person who did not attend or participate in the activity.
- Failure to submit documents related to CPD activities thirty days after the end of the activity.
Complaints and Grievances

- Complaints and grievances shall be submitted in writing to the competent subcommittee of the Council, and shall be signed by the applicant, whether the trainee, trainer or entity providing the continuing professional development activity, supported by documents on the subject of this complaint.
- Complaints or grievances submitted will not be considered until after receiving a response from the committee (referred to) on the subject of the grievance, within one month from the date of submitting the complaint or grievance.
Conflict of Interest

- Members of the Higher Committee for Continuing Professional Development in the field of pharmacy are prohibited, individually or collectively, from establishing, managing or supervising training providers for the purpose of continuing professional development.
Modification and addition
-
- The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Health Council may amend some of the items contained in these general rules and standards, or add new items, if the need arises, based on a recommendation by a proposal from the Higher Committee for Continuous Professional Development for the field of pharmacy, provided that this proposal is submitted and approved by the Board of Directors to approve the amendment or addition.
Fees for administrative services and expenses

- The fees mentioned in Article (38) of the Prime Minister's Decree No. (3798) of 2023 Issuing the Executive Regulations of the Law on the Establishment and Organization of the Egyptian Health Council promulgated by Law No. (12) of 2022 shall apply.
- Unless stipulated in the aforementioned resolution, the administrative expenses shall be determined, as shown in the attached table, for the activities performed by the Higher Committee for Continuing Professional Development in the field of pharmacy, by a decision of the Board of Directors, and the completion of the prescribed procedures in this regard.
