Signing a cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Health Council, represented by Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Lotayef, and the Medical Professions Risk Compensation Fund, represented by Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors, authorized to sign by Mr. Major General Hussein Dahrouj, Executive Director of the Fund. 
This protocol is considered a basis for cooperation between the two parties in providing financial support to human doctors in this initial stage who are registered with the Egyptian Health Council to obtain the Egyptian Board certificate granted by the Egyptian Health Council. This is done by providing the Medical Professions Risk Compensation Fund for financial support worth (1,000) one thousand Egyptian pounds as a contribution to the value of the fees for applying for the Egyptian Board exam, for one time only in each of the three parts of the exam, and for each member covered by the terms of this protocol, and in awareness of both parties. Due to the importance of cooperation in supporting and caring for doctors and investing in their training and qualification.
