Primary goal:

to provide participants with the critical knowledge and practical skills needed to recognize respiratory and cardiac arrest, and perform high quality basic resuscitation and survival after choking by the end of the specific time determined.

  1. Objectives:

By the end of the training course participants will be able to:

  1. Identify and assess Basic Life Support for an unresponsive person.
  2. Correctly demonstrate cardiac arrest response, CPR, and AED use for adult, child, infant.
  3. Operate the chain of survival for inside and outside the hospital.
  4. Manipulate an AED on an adult, child, and infant.
  5. Demonstrate CPR feedback device and how one is used.
