By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:
Patient Assessment & Monitoring
Perform comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients and interpret vital signs, hemodynamic data, and laboratory results.
Clinical Management
- Apply evidence-based nursing interventions for patients with cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, renal, and multisystem disorders.
Technical Skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures, including mechanical ventilation, IV therapy, cardiac monitoring, and emergency interventions (e.g., ACLS).
Critical Thinking & Decision-Making
- Prioritize care, analyze complex patient situations, and implement appropriate nursing actions.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
