NEVID training program is designed to provide a specific curriculum of knowledge and clinical skills as well as a suitable training environment and administrative resources for trainees to:

• Practice endovascular neuro-interventional procedures by providing training based on solid comprehensive didactic curriculum and supervised clinical work with increasing responsibility for patient care.
• Develop and maintain adequate skills in the diagnosis and management of diseases of vascular neurology.
• Develop an appreciation for the complex decision-making of neuro-interventional clinical cases, including weighing the risks and benefits, and understanding the indications and limitations of, neuro-interventional procedures.
• Emphasize the importance of time sensitive workflow and multi- and intra-disciplinary collaboration among teams in optimizing patient care.

Develop the qualifications that facilitate future supervision of neuro-interventional services by program graduates.
