- Physicians who manage pediatric age patients as Pediatricians, Emergency Medicine, ENT, Ophthalmology and Anesthesiologists.
1. Master high-quality Pediatric CPR and AED use, perform prompt, high-quality chest compressions and ventilations per AHA pediatric BLS standards, including safe AED integration
2. Apply a structured Pediatric Assessment Triangle,
Use Primary, Secondary, and Ongoing Assessments to rapidly identify life-threatening conditions in critically ill children
3. Recognize and treat pediatric respiratory emergencies. Hands on Skills in airway management Identify early signs of respiratory distress/failure and apply evidence-based airway and ventilation interventions
4. Differentiate and manage Pediatric Shock. Hands on Peripheral intravenous and Intraosseous cannulation
Distinguish compensated vs. decompensated shock and initiate timely fluid resuscitation and vasoactive support
5. Identify and manage pediatric arrhythmias and cardiac arrest
Interpret pediatric ECG rhythms, determine instability, and administer algorithm-guided treatments (e.g., electrical therapy, medications)
6.Lead effective resuscitation teams with strong communication skills
Demonstrate closed-loop communication, clear leadership, and teamwork to optimize outcomes in simulated pediatric emergencies
