The Egyptian Health Council is discussing with the Ministry of Youth and Sports the creation of the first professional board for sports medicine in Egypt

His Excellency the Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Gohar Nabil, received a delegation from the Egyptian Health Council headed by Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Lotayef- President of the Egyptian Health Council, and in the presence of: Prof. Sameh Shaheen - Professor of Cardiology - Faculty of Medicine - Ain Shams University and Chairman of the Scientific Council for Sports Medicine of the Egyptian Board.
