07 September 2025 The signing of a cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Health Council and the Compensation Fund for the risks of medical professions

Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, and Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Health Council and represented by Prof. Mohamed Mustafa Lotayef and the Compensation Fund for the dangers of medical professions and represented by Major General. Hussein Dahrouj, Executive Director of the Fund, authorized to sign the signing of Prof.  Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and the Minister of Health and Population in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

This protocol is considered the basis for cooperation between the two parties in providing financial support to human doctors at this initial stage registered with the Egyptian Health Council to obtain the Egyptian Board Certificate granted by the Egyptian Health Council; This is through the provision of the compensation fund for the risks of medical professions for financial support of (1500) pounds one thousand pounds as a contribution to the value of the progress fees for the Egyptian Board Exam; This is only once in each of the three parts of the exam, and each member is covered by the conditions of this protocol and awareness from both parties because of the importance of cooperation in supporting and caring for doctors and investing in their training and qualification.
