prof. Mohamed Lotayef, The Executive president of the Egyptian Health Council,
, met with the Supreme Scientific Committee for Human Medicine for the Egyptian Board Program in the presence of  Pro. Abla Al -Alfi, Deputy Minister of Health and Population, and in the presence of some heads of the scientific councils of the Egyptian Board Program  
During the meeting, the committee discussed many major points, in the light of the development of vocational medical education, which is to improve the Egyptian board system and joint cooperation with the health care system, including the efforts made to develop the primary health care system and possible ways of cooperation with the Egyptian board under the supervision of the Supreme Scientific Committee for Human Medicine headed by Professor Dr. Madiha, Chairman of the Higher Scientific Committee for Human Medicine; Where the most prominent points that were put in the meeting came as follows:

• Developing and developing training programs for family medicine doctors that provide them with opportunities to promote in the Ministry of Health and be accredited by the Egyptian Health Council. 
• Discuss how to adopt the programs provided by the Hospitals and Educational Institutes Authority in cooperation with the World Health Organization in the field of family medicine.
• Developing new specializations related to the health of the child and women, and to explore the possibility of twinning with external parties to enhance the benefit of the trainees.

Prof. Mohamed Lotayef, The Executive president of the Egyptian Health Council, praised the efforts made to develop the primary health care system, and stressed that the Supreme Scientific Committee for Human Medicine will spare no effort to achieve the utmost benefit for the Egyptian board trainees, in line with the vision of the Ministry of Health and the primary health care system.
