24 October 2024 A cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Health Council and the Health Accreditation and Control Authority

Prof. Mohamed Mustafa Lotayef, The Executive president of the Egyptian Health Council signed a cooperation protocol with the Health Accreditation and Control Authority. His Excellency indicated that the protocol seeks to unify the data of members of the medical professions, and achieve the goals of the Egyptian Health Council in the areas of post-university vocational education, specialized training, qualification and level development. Scientific and clinical training for doctors and workers in various health and medical fields working in the country. He added that the Council holds qualifying tests to practice health professions, which is a condition for obtaining a license to practice the profession for members of the health sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in addition to the accredited certificate that the Council (Egyptian Board) grants to all graduates of health sector colleges after passing the training program, and the unified test for each specialization. Health specializations, setting the necessary standards for applying safe ethical charters, working to create records for workers in the public and private health sectors, and laying foundations for distributing the health team to develop their various skills and providing better service to patients by spending with the concerned authorities and creating records. National diseases and epidemics, as well as guidelines for medical interventions in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
