04 August 2024 Meeting of the Supreme Committee for Nursing Guidelines

prof. Mohamed Mustafa Lotayef, The Executive president of the Egyptian Health Council, met with the Supreme Committee for Guidelines for Nursing Specialization to discuss the work plan and draw a road map for developing guidelines for nursing specialization. Dr. Kawthar Mahmoud was chosen as Chairman of the Committee, and the committee was formed as follows:
Dr. Kawthar Mahmoud Mahmoud - Head of the Nursing Syndicate, Member of the Senate, and Member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Health Council.
Prof. Afaf Abdel Aziz Abdel Aziz - Professor of Internal and Surgical Nursing, and Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Tanta University. 
Prof. Zainab Hussein Ali Muhammad Saad - Professor and Head of the Department of the Faculty of Nursing - Helwan University.
Prof. Samah Muhammad Abdullah Ali - Professor, Faculty of Nursing - Assiut University.
Prof. Amal Saeed Taha Rifai - Professor of Internal Surgical Nursing - Faculty of Nursing, Banha University.
Prof. Amal Ahmed Khalil Morsi - Professor at the Faculty of Nursing - Port Said University. 
Prof. Hanan Ahmed Al-Sibai Ali - Emeritus Professor in the Department of Internal Surgical Nursing - Faculty of Nursing, Cairo University. 
Prof. Nevin Abd Rab Al-Nabi Muhammad - Head of the Central Administration for Nursing - Ministry of Health.
Prof. Maysa Hosni Ahmed Tammam - Director General of Administration on secondment - Ministry of Health and Population.
Prof. Nancy Alaa El-Din Abdel Baset Ali - Director of Technical Institutes for Nursing - Technical Education Department, Supervisor of Technical Education at the General Authority for Health Care.

In a strategic step to enhance the efficiency of the health system and develop the skills of doctors, the General Syndicate of Egyptian Physicians announced the opening of the Continuing Medical Education Center (SCOPE) in its new and advanced headquarters, after obtaining official accreditation from the Egyptian Health Council.
