27 December 2023 Meeting of the Supreme Committee for Guidelines for Veterinary Medicine Specialization on Wednesday, 12/27/2023

Professor  Mohamed Mostafa Lotayef Executive president of the Egyptian Health Council, met with the Supreme Committee for Guidelines for the Specialization of Veterinary Medicine to discuss the work plan and draw a road map for developing guidelines for veterinary medicine. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Bayoumi Ibrahim was chosen as Chairman of the Committee.
The committee is composed of:
• Prof.  Ahmed Mohamed Bayoumi Ibrahim - President of Sadat City University.
• Prof.  Ashraf Ali El-Desouki Shamaa - Full-time Professor of Surgery, Anesthesia and Radiology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University.
• Prof.  Amani Abdel Rahman Abbas Mohamed Awad - Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Benha University.
• Prof.  Dalia Mansour Hamed Ahmed Mansour - Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Suez Canal University.
• Prof.  Mohamed Mohammadi Ali Ghanem - Professor, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Benha University.
• Prof. Nabil Abdel-Jaber Yassin Ahmed - Full-time Professor, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University.
• Brigadier General of the Army Veterinarian / Issam Sobhi Ibrahim Al-Marakby - Doctorate of Philosophy and Veterinary Medical Sciences, Diseases of Birds and Rabbits.

In a strategic step to enhance the efficiency of the health system and develop the skills of doctors, the General Syndicate of Egyptian Physicians announced the opening of the Continuing Medical Education Center (SCOPE) in its new and advanced headquarters, after obtaining official accreditation from the Egyptian Health Council.
