10 June 2026 National Examination for the Practice of Medicine July 2026

In reference to Law No. 12 of 2022 on the establishment of the Egyptian Health Council, and in accordance with the provision of Article (3) thereof, obtaining a license to practice the profession requires that the applicant successfully pass the exam held by the Egyptian Health Council for the qualification to practice the profession, and the license granted to practice the profession for a period of five years is renewable for a similar period.

With reference to the registration of the internship students who are eligible to enter the exam for the July 2026 round, which were sent from the faculties of medicine at the universities until the registration deadline of May 20, 2026.

Please note that registration will be opened on the website for those who are eligible to take the exam before the date of the first mock exam, if their documents have been submitted correctly and have paid the exam fees on the scheduled date.

Very important: -

In case of breaking any of the rules governing the exam or cancelling the exam for any reason, the rest of the exams will be prevented from entering the same round, and registration will be done again through the university in the next round

*Instructions for Paying Fees: -

Please be informed that the deadline for payment of the examination fees is Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

For Egyptians, payment can be made through any of the following collection service providers across all governorates:

Smart Pay, Amwal, Tlaqa, Geidea, Bee, Khadamati, and Masary, in addition to any newly added collection companies.

For international (non-Egyptian) physicians, payment can be made through Tlaqa or Geidea, or through any branch of the National Bank of Egypt.

Please note that the service is activated under the name "Egyptian Health Council" on the E-finance system

Important Instructions for Paying Fees: -

  1. Payment for Egyptian must be made electronically using the National ID number. The examination fee for Egyptian is EGP 200 for the first attempt, in addition to the applicable electronic payment service charges.

For international (non-Egyptian), payment must be made using the designated payment code. The examination fee for international candidates is EGP 2,000, in addition to the applicable electronic payment service charges.

  1. Candidates who fail to complete the payment within the specified payment period will not be permitted to sit for the examination or register on the examination website.
  2. Registration data and examination fees must be submitted and paid separately for each exam round.
  3. Candidates are requested to adhere to the payment deadlines specified for each exam round. These deadlines will be communicated to the responsible university coordinators to ensure eligibility to sit for the examination in the designated session.

The relevant laws, regulations, and decisions issued by the Egyptian Health Council shall govern the use of this service, be binding upon the user, and produce all associated legal effects accordingly.
