In reference to Law No. 12 of 2022 regarding the establishment of the Egyptian Health Council, and in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (3) thereof, obtaining a license to practice the profession requires that the applicant for the license successfully pass the test held by the Egyptian Health Council to qualify to practice the profession, and the license granted to practice the profession shall be for a period of five years. Renewable for a similar period.
With reference to the registration of intern doctors eligible to take the exam for the first round of the year 2024, sent by the faculties of dentistry at universities.
Please note that the date for electronic payment of exam fees will be opened starting today, Sunday, August 4, 2024, until Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at one of the following collection companies in all governorates for franchise doctors (Opay - Amwal – Tal2a - Smart Pay - Basata - Geidea). Note that there are applications available for use that can be used to pay for Basata Company.
Important instructions:
1- Electronic payment is made via the payment code (national number) for the franchise doctor, noting that the payment fee for Egyptians is (200) Egyptian pounds, and payment is made via a payment code designated for expatriate doctors, and the payment fee for expatriate doctors is (2000) Egyptian pounds.
2-The doctor will not be able to take the exam or register on the exam website if payment is not made on the specified date for electronic payment.
3- Examination fees are paid for each session separately from the other. Therefore, if payment is made in this session, the student is obligated to take the exam in the same role.
4-The student must verify his national number, the payment code, and the name that appears to the student during the payment process.
5-The student ensures that the payment is in the name of the Egyptian Health Council, and the name and number of the payment appear in the electronic payment receipt via devices or applications.
6-The student keeps his payment receipt issued through devices or applications; This is until the exam is completed and the result is issued.
7- Payment through applications on the mobile phone is for the same person only. Payment to others from the same student profile is prohibited.
The relevant laws and decisions issued and related to the Egyptian Health Council are considered to be governing and valid against the user and have all their effects towards him.
