Announces the Opening of the Payment Period for Part II Examination Fees – October 2026 Session

Payment will be available from Saturday, September 26, 2026, through Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Eligibility to Sit for the Examination

First: Trainees enrolled in Egyptian Board cohorts prior to the 2023 cohort:

Trainees must have completed the required training period stipulated for their specialty by *December 31, 2026*, at the latest, in order to be eligible to sit for the Part II Examination.

Second: Trainees enrolled in the 2023 Egyptian Board cohort and subsequent cohorts:*

Trainees must have completed their training and obtained an official *clearance certificate from the training center* no later than September 30, 2026*, as an essential and mandatory requirement for submitting an application to sit for the examination.

Please Note:

• Saturday, October 10, 2026:* The *last day for eligible trainees to submit examination applications through the website

• Monday, October 12, 2026:* The *last day to use the payment codes*. After this date, previously issued payment codes will be deactivated, and payment will no longer be possible.

Steps:

1. Visit the website: Click here

2. Select *“Trainees” → “All Trainees and Graduates Affairs.”*

3. Log in using your Fellowship Number and Password. If you do not have a password, click on the *“Create Password” icon.

4. Select “Payment of Part II Examination Fees – October 2026 Session.”

5. Complete all required information and click “Save.”

)You will not be able to submit more than one electronic payment reques

6. The payment code will be sent through the “Follow-up of Responses and Payment Codes” page after your eligibility to sit for the examination has been verified.

If there is a delay in receiving the payment code, please *immediately submit a complaint through the Complaints System within the specified period, and no later than Saturday, October 10, 2026.

7. Payment can be made through authorized points of sale displaying the following brands:

8. You are required to personally verify that your payment has been successfully completed through the *“Electronic Payments”* page, where the amount paid will appear next to:

 “Payment of Part II Examination Fees – October 2026 Session.”

• Important Notice

A  recent employment status certificate  must be obtained and uploaded to the website by  medical doctors working for the Ministry of Health and Population, who are members of the  Occupational Risk Fund* and enrolled in the Egyptian Board from the  2023 through 2025 cohorts, in order to benefit from the discount provided by the Fund, provided that this is their first time being eligible for the discount
